I am renting a private room in a three bedroom apartment in Downtown Westminster. The apartment is in a great location in a growing community with lots of food, entertainment, and walking distance from an RTD Park-n-Ride. Located near Highway US-min from Boulder and Denver. This is a private room and bathroom with plenty of closet space/storage, partially furnished, with access to the in-unit washer/dryer, and comes with a designated parking spot in the building’s garage. We will share the living space and kitchen – I would be willing to purchase a separate full-sized fridge for a new renter. Ideally, we would equally split the cleaning supplies and chores around the apartment. About me:
I’m currently studying Civil Engineering at CU Boulder. I’m clean, organized, and easy to get along with! I have a mixed work schedule because I am self employed and have my own business. I enjoy boxing, golfing, boating, snowboarding, watching movies and hanging out with my friends. Being right next to the Alamo Drafthouse Movie Theater, I have access to cheap tickets if you ever want to watch a movie for the low!
