Detached (just down the hall) private, full bathroom. Amazing kitchen available, if you clean. Well furnished living room, with a giant wall mounted, big screen TV, surround sound etc
Private-driveway-parking. Screened-in back porch/bbq area, and small botanical garden with fish pond and seating area in front. Walking trail. Million-dollar views. 3 minutes from town, stores, restaurants, 1 hour to Nashville or Bowling Green. FENCED PROPERTY WITH SECURITY SYSTEM. ALSO, POTENTIAL TENANTS...BE COMFORTABLE WITH LARGE (very sweet) DOGS. - No criminal activity tolerated. Smoking IS allowed, OUTSIDE. Potential future opportunity to house sit when I travel. Also, potential to lower rent if you’re good with the dogs and want to help walk them. Character references required. No felons. No drugs.
