Will be here till Feb. I could renew lease if desired but I work Monday through Friday and every other Saturday from 5 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon.. all I ask is that the roommate is clean holds his weight in regards to chores no drugs or parties. I am super chill and don’t care about most stuff just no smoking cigarettes inside the house and if it does not belong to you, don’t touch it or get into it without asking, but like I said, I’m super chill and anyone that stays at my house will be treated as family don’t burn me or disrespect me and will be good. I asked for a $ refundable deposit and the first months rent upfront when you move in.. I need somebody ASAP and rent will be prorated for the rest of the month and is due on the first of every month. Any questions just give me a message. There is 2 Dog parks and a nice pool. Gated community of condos, mine is bth, my daughter just moved out so you have your own bathroom and you can pick your room . House is furnished not your room or bathroom
