This room has its own walk in closet.

The monthly rent includes garbage, high speed internet, a house Netflix , pest control and regular housing cleaning.

Once per month I stock the house with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, tin foil, zip lock bags, and Clorox wipes.

Again, all of this is included in the monthly rent.

I am looking for single occupancy. Pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit of $.

Smoking allowed outside.

The house is about ten minutes from downtown Georgetown, twenty minutes from Round Rock and thirty to sixty minutes from downtown Austin depending on time of day.
