In my downtime, I enjoy hobbies such as gardening and cooking.In terms of my apartment wishlist:- I am seeking a living space with over square feet.- Washer and dryer hookups are essential for me.- Ideally, I am looking for a place in a safe area within a -minute drive to the Charlotte airport.- Great sound insulation is important to me for a peaceful living environment.- If possible, access to an outdoor patio for gardening would be wonderful.- I would prefer not to be on the first floor for added security and privacy.As a tenant, I am financially stable and can provide references if needed.
