Furnished bedroom with utilities

Available at the start of June, I have one furnished room (bed, dresser set, night stand, desk) for the listed price (which includes the cost of utilities) but I can come down slightly if I have to. Pets are welcome at no additional cost, and I don't charge a security deposit. The whole house is very smart home integrated, from lights to a robot army maintaining the floors and yard, I try to keep the home convenient. I am located in a relatively quiet suburb in Richmond Hill that is NOT part of an HOA, so no worries about my neighbors micromanaging us.
