There’s also a large fenced patio relaxation. Parking is on the side of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Laundry and parking included. Within walking distance from Bus stop. And within 5 min drive to grocery and gas stations. Older neighborhood in Meadow woods south of MCO. Downtown is approximately a min drive.
highway is the closest highway and it’s about 3 min drive from the house. All adults. No smoking or partying or visitors allowed. Ideal for someone who works all day or a retiree. If you have a small dog is fine with me.

You can book a few days on the airbnb and see how you feel and if it works for you then we can do month to month
And I will adjust the rent and deduct the days you booked on airbnb
