Hello, We have one unfurnished Private room and a share bathroom, utilities included, wifi, and laundry access. Parking on the streets.


WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Someone RESPECTABLE, CLEAN, QUIET, and will maintain their room and common areas. You may use the kitchen as long as you clean after yourself and if you use something clean after yourself. You break something replace it. Simply responsible with some integrity. NO couples or shared rooms, NO smoking, No Drugs, No party, NO Girlfriend/Boyfriend, overnight guests/Freeloaders, ONE cat is welcome for a FEE.

To apply:

-First month $ rent and security deposit $ DUE upon signing of month to month agreement.

-Month to month with optional day termination.

-Proof of income 3 months Pay stub

-Must have stable job

-Background check before tour
