Room for rent summerlin

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE THING !! I have 1 room for rent with a shared bathroom. This is a 4 bedroom house with 3 living rooms. I’m renting out the room fully furnished and the price includes, water, sewer, trash, gas, electric & internet. I also supply most toiletries within reason of course. Bed sheets and linens are replaced every 2 weeks and fresh towels provided weekly. I will be vetting people myself. Should be clean, respectful and have a job. No smoking, parties or pets. House comes equipped with water softener system and RO water. If you lived in Vegas then you know how dry the air is; I have a central humidifier system installed so the humidity in the house is pretty much perfect the entire time. No kitchen use however there is a microwave and fridge for you to use. Location is amazing, 3 min drive to downtown summerlin. Tons of entertainment and red rock is literally round the corner. No long contract needed and month to month.
