We have two rooms available in our fourbedroom, 2.5-bath shared home near Rhododendron Park in Kenmore. The primary suite is $1,600 a month. The bedroom measures 14.5 × 14.5 feet and has its own hallway, a 7 × 7 walkin closet, and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The laundry room is next door. Its available November 10, 2026. The adjacent bedroom is $1,000 a month. It measures 10 × 15 feet and uses a shared bathroom. Youll have full use of the kitchen and shared areas, plus a backyard garden. The home is very new and clean, with new appliances. Parking is on the court near the front door, and EV charging may be available by separate arrangement. Were two adults and a child, with three dogs who stay downstairs behind a gate separating them from the upstairs. Someone who enjoys dogs would be a good fit. We generally arent taking additional pets, although a small pet may be considered. No smoking, drug use, or alcohol consumption on the property. Rent is monthtomonth, with 30 days’ notice to vacate requested. Utilities are split separately. First and last months rent and a $500 total deposit are required. Furniture shown isnt included.
