The monthly rent is $753 + utilities as we will split everything three ways and the room is available on November 6. Its in a gated community in West Richland in a nice neighborhood. Below are some qualities we are looking in a roommate: -LGBTQ+ friendly
-Okay with cats (but we cannot accept any more pets)
-willing to help keep common area and shared bathroom clean + chore rotation
-Like to help host parties.
