Description

We vape, but do not smoke. You are not allowed to smoke anything but vapes in the house. We have two porches We are a couple living in the master. We have 4 rooms upstairs, but one of the rooms carpet is needs replaced so it is not available at the moment. One room has a in room bathroom, one is a regular bedroom with a shared bathroom, and the other is a converted movie room with no windows (perfect for those who sleep in.) The upstairs would be all yours and whoever else lives up there. We have three dogs and a cat. The house has a doggy door into the gated backyard. The kitchen and dining room would be shared, there is a living room upstairs as well as a small terrace. There is also a living room downstairs that we can talk about if needing to be used. You’d be more than welcome to decorate and paint the rooms to your liking, as long as it back to the original when you move out. We have an office downstairs that is for our personal use and our master room is also off limits. We have a shared guest bathroom downstairs, as well as the laundry room with giant updated washer and dryers. Honestly it’s just an amazing neighborhood. If you need more than one room, we can work out a reduced price!
