OC HOME ROOM FOR RENT

Description

Hello! The bedroom is private and comes with a shared bathroom that’s kept clean thanks to a monthly housekeeping service. You’ll have full access to a cozy shared kitchen with two fridges, a comfortable living room, and two on- laundry units for your convenience. The rent covers a private carport parking, high-speed internet, water, trash, electric, and gas — everything you need! It’s a flexible month-to-month lease, with a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. We ask that there’s no smoking indoors and that you tidie up after yourself in all shared areas.
