Looking for a room/roommate

Hey all. Got a job in Dallas and will be moving at the start of November. Am 25 and a few years out of college, would be working a hybrid position. Wanting to be in the Lower Greenville neighborhood but open to others that are just as or more walkable in North Dallas. Like working out, sports, concerts going out every once in a while, and traveling. Clean and easygoing. Would be nice to be friends as well opposed to just sharing a lease. Could be a room in an existing place or form a new place. Have a range of $1,000 - $1,500 per month per person. DM me if you think we’d be a good fit!
