Spring 27 Lease Takeover near UGA

Looking for someone to take over my lease at Arches on the Lake! Move-in is available in late December 2026 or early January 2027. Rent is $595/month, with utilities averaging around $50/month. The apartment is fully furnished with a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. The private bedroom includes a bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, and closet. It’s located on the third floor and gets lots of natural light! The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms, with each person having their own sink and storage space. There are currently only 2 other roommates, both UGA students who are super friendly and incredibly clean. Parking is available right outside the apartment, and direct UGA campus bus routes and city transit stops are right outside the door! Arches also has a clubhouse, pool, gym, tennis courts, and basketball courts. The neighborhood loop is great for walking or running, and the apartment is right next to the new UGA track.
