Nice room in Old Hickory Nashville

Nashville. 20 minutes from downtown and about 5 minutes from the airport. Right by Percy Priest lake and Elmhill Marina, Food Lion and a Crunch Fitness gym. You’ll pay 1/3 of the gas and electric bill per month. Landlord pays all other utilities including 1G Wi-Fi. Fully furnished living room with TV and kitchen and sunroom with tables and chairs. Quiet and safe HOA neighborhood has a lathe pool and pool house and tennis/pickleball court you can use, too. Sharing with two guys in their 30s - one a freight dispatcher and the other a marketer. Also a shy and friendly chocolate lab called Champ. Say hi and tell us a bit about yourself!
