Cozy room for rent in Jurupa Valley

Hello. I have a room available for rent in my home located in Jurupa Valley. There is a shared bathroom with another male tenant who works full time swing/night shift. I have 2 large dogs, one who guards the house, another retired. We are in a gated community and have a carport that fits 3 cars. I have a shed for use for an extra fee. Contract term 3m0nths at a time, rent increase every 6 months by 25, cap after 2 yrs. I have a full time job and currently work from home but will eventually go back in office. Rent covers a portion of your utilties and I let you know if you go over (mainly in summer). We split cost on household items like cleaning supplies as well as split the share of chores around the house to make it fair. Pots/pans/dishes for use. Laundry room available. The room currently looks full as the tenants are packing their items. One picture of the empty room shown last.
