Guest house for rent, Studio / 1Bath that will be available to move into on 10/01/2026. I am looking for someone that has a solid job and no problem the rent on time. This person should also be friendly,but most importantly RESPECTFUL and CLEAN. The guest house is $1,650 a month, furniture,including utilities, wood floor, A/C unit with an $1000 deposit.
