Hi, Im interested in the room you have listed. I will be available to move in within the next week. Im 39 years old, Im a physical therapist and group fitness instructor. Im completely single with no children, no pets. Im heavy into fitness so definitely NOT a partier, drinker or drug user. Im a very quiet and low key guy. I enjoy being alone but I like people as well, Im also an animal lover if you do have pets. Im easy going, clean, respectful and considerate. Id love to chat further about the room.
