I’m Jeff, a 38-year-old business owner and personal trainer. I own and operate a private training facility and gym in Jacksonville, so my schedule is busy, structured, and work-focused. I also split my time between Jacksonville and Tampa, which means I may only be home for part of the week. I’m friendly, respectful, clean, and easygoing. I’m naturally a bit introverted, so when I’m home, I usually enjoy relaxing, watching TV, working on my laptop, or preparing for the next day. I’m social and easy to talk to, but I also value personal space and don’t expect a roommate to be constantly social. I’m considerate of shared spaces, pay my bills on time, and believe in communicating openly if anything comes up. I don’t smoke, I don’t have children, and I’m hoping to find a home that is peaceful rather than noisy or filled with frequent guests. With my work and travel schedule, I may be out early, home late, or away for a few days at a time. I’m looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place with a responsible roommate or homeowner. It would be great to live with someone who is friendly, mature, LGBTQ+ friendly, and considerate about cleanliness, noise, and shared spaces. We don’t need to become best friends, but I’d love for the home to feel welcoming, comfortable, and respectful for everyone. Ideally, I’m looking for a furnished room with reliable Wi-Fi, access to a kitchen and laundry, and reasonable parking. A private bathroom would be a bonus, though it isn’t required.
