Room includes a private/designated bathroom, utilities, kitchen privileges, laundry use, access to the home fitness room, and a dedicated parking space. Month-to-month, single occupancy only. Must genuinely like animals and be comfortable living in a home with pets. No additional pets, please. Looking for someone clean, respectful, easygoing, and considerate of shared spaces. You’ll be expected to clean up after yourself, keep your room and bathroom clean, and leave shared areas clean after use. This is a smoke-free, vape-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free home. No overnight guests. Any visitors must be approved in advance for privacy and safety. This is a calm, low-traffic household, not a party environment, no overnight guests. Ideally, I’d like someone mature, settled, and at a similar stage of life who is looking for a comfortable, stable place to call home.
