One package for one person: furnished bedroom + separate private office/art studio + exclusive bathroom. $1,200/month includes utilities, fiber internet and EV charging access. $1,200 refundable deposit; 6-month lease, long-term preferred. Bedroom: 14 x 9.5 ft, queen bed, nightstands and dresser. Studio: 14 x 11 ft with its own exterior entrance. Private tub/shower bathroom is outside the bedroom. Designated couch/TV living area is open to the shared kitchen/circulation area. Bedroom, hall and entry closet storage. A largely separate section of our shared home. Double doors and a hallway divider are planned by move-in. We mainly enter this section to use the kitchen. Dining area is rarely used except occasional family holidays. This is not a self-contained apartment. Central AC; supplemental studio AC available if needed. Laundry by arrangement. Driveway parking included, though two cars fit tightly. Shared kitchen has gas range, fridge and microwave; no dishwasher. Crunch Fitness, Target and Sprouts are within walking distance. We are Ahrue and Renee, both in our 50s, creative and often home. Ahrue works in a studio at the back of the house; Renee works part-time. Seeking one female roommate for a quiet, respectful home. We are non-drinkers and 420-friendly, otherwise drug-free. Renee smokes outdoors only; no indoor smoking, vaping okay. No hard drugs or heavy drinking. Occasional overnight guests okay; no additional resident. Three cats and a dog live here. Dog mostly stays in our section, with limited interaction, but may bark at new people. Cats welcome; another dog requires discussion.
