Hi! My name is Ramon, I’m 22, and I’m an actor moving from Maryland to Los Angeles on October 20th! I’m originally from Puerto Rico and have lived in Maryland for the past 7 years.
💰 Budget: $900–$1,200/month MAX
($1,200 would ideally need to include utilities)
📍 Areas: North Hollywood, NoHo Northeast, Valley Glen, Van Nuys, Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Panorama City, or Studio City
I’m looking for a private room in a shared apartment/house and would love to live with people, especially if anyone is in the entertainment/creative industry!
Ideally looking for:
* Washer & dryer
* Kitchen
* AC
* Parking
* Shared bathroom is totally fine (private would be a bonus!)
* Furnished/partially furnished would be nice but isn’t necessary
A little about me: I’m very clean, organized, respectful, and easygoing. Love going to the gym, movies, and hanging out with friends, but I also really value my alone time and personal space.
