Looking for roommate in Watertown

Basement unit in an owner occupied home. Current roommate is leaving and I’m looking for someone to sublet her room. There’s an in unit washer and dryer, lots of cabinet space, a tv mount with the option to connect cable. Wifi, water, heat, all included in rent. The landlords are very nice people. No oven or dishwasher. No AC, but the heat is not uncomfortable, probably due to it being a basement unit. Heating is baseboards. Lots of natural light despite being basement level. It’s a quiet street. We’re two months in to 12 month lease. 1250 monthly rent (shared—2500 total). Lease ends 6/1/2027. Roommate is leaving her furnishings, so the room is fully furnished (bed with frame and mattress, dresser, desk). No pets. Female roommate strongly preferred.
