I’m looking for a private 1-bedroom apartment for myself with a maximum budget of $1,400/month. I’m employed, quiet, responsible, a non-smoker, and I don’t have pets. I don’t own a car, so I need to be within about a 10–20 minute walk of an LIRR station with direct service to Huntington Station. Preferred areas include Cold Spring Harbor, Huntington/Huntington Station, Greenlawn, Northport/East Northport, Kings Park, Smithtown, St. James, Stony Brook, and Port Jefferson. I’m looking for a full kitchen with a stove/oven, reliable internet access, and preferably utilities included. I’d also prefer laundry access if available. I’m looking for a stable, long-term place to live.
