Hey guys, a 21 year old male looking for a roommate in my appartment, preferably someone from 20-30. You get all essentials needed and furniture can be put in if need be for your room, there is a 85 inch tv and a lounge room currently being put together. Great view, short walk to the station, parking around appartment, ac in the room and living room, private bathroom. I am getting high demand as at 350 is extremely reasonable, so i am being extremely selective and i do apologise- i would want someone i could get along with and doesnt mind loud music, would love to hear about your hobbies so shoot me a dm! More about me: currently extremely busy with work, too many interests into alot of things but in general love going in nature and playing games. Looking for a person who has interests or any hobbies in general, (no boring people) and doesnt mind socialising as sometimes my friends will be over, of course you can also invite whoever you would like. If youre a smoker (cigs,wd) thats fine just do it on the balcony. generally really lenient however i do expect you to clean after yourself, and try not make a mess.
