The available bedroom is a private space, while the kitchen, living room, and other common areas are shared. A few things to know: Rent for the room is $735/month. The current furniture and personal belongings in the bedroom will be removed before move-in and are not included. A few items currently in the living room will also be removed. My dog and cat will both be leaving with me, so there will not be any pets living in the apartment on my end. You would be replacing me on the existing lease, subject to approval by apartment management. Apartment management requires a background/credit check and proof of income.
