I'm looking for a female roommate or a couple to share a 2-bedroom apartment. I'm hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and pays bills on time. The start date would be September 1st if approved by the complex! Monthly Costs (per person):

Electric: Typically $40–$100, depending on usage
