I’m a career woman who works from home and share my Clearwater pool home with another professional woman. We’re creating a fun, relaxed household of independent women who enjoy each other, have our own lives and respect each other’s privacy. The house has a solar heated pool, hot tub, great outdoor space and a fenced backyard with room to garden. Cats and a small dog are welcome, and the home is 420 friendly. The location is a huge plus. We’re just minutes from the Courtney Campbell Causeway and NSU’s Tampa Bay campus, with easy access to Tampa and Ben T. Davis Beach. Clearwater Beach is about 20–25 minutes away, depending on traffic. Ruth Eckerd Hall and Cliff Stephens Park are nearby too, with trails, disc golf and even free roaming peacocks. Shopping, restaurants, SPC and highway access are all close by. We’re looking for another professional or financially established woman who is friendly, responsible, open minded and drama free.
