Needing a room for me and a kitten

Didn’t expect to be in this position. Plan was to move back in with my mother, she has a degenerative brain disease. I have an evil older brother that has taken advantage of this and is cutting off access to my mother along with other siblings I have. I am seeking housing to be in close proximity to her as we fight for her conservatorship and care. I do standup comedy at night and so I very much appreciate the ability to come in and out while being a very gracious and respectful roommate.
