Lease takeover

Description

I'm looking for someone to take over my room and part of my lease since I just graduated. I live in a 4 bed 4.5 bath right around the corner from reeser on grove st. My roommates are fairly clean and typically never home, and they all cool guys 2 of them being on the football team. Rent is $1000 a month + about 150 for all utilities and you get your own bathroom that is connected to your room. I'm looking to be out at the latest mid September, but I know school doesn't start till late September most of the time so I'm willing to work with folks.
