Affordable spare room in Modesto.

Description

We have a room for rent for $700 (electricity and gas will be split) we do have to share a shower (since the price) but having your own bathroom downstairs could be arranged. We try to always keep the house clean especially if we would be sharing it. We are both very respectful and responsive. We have two small dogs: Yorkie and a morkie, they have a doggie door and are mostly trained. Our Yorkie is a bit more stubborn... We try! Cassy loves to make other people laugh, I like to help them out. We are looking for someone respectful and responsible. I will probably be relocating on Sept for 2 years. There will be one person and 2 small dogs in the house. We welcome small pets. Feel free to ask any other questions you need.
