My name is Michelle. I’m 47- easy-going fun, sociable woman. I own a townhome in Chili, NY. It’s minutes from Chili-Paul Wegmans. This is a fully furnished room rental. I always start with just a simple interview at my home. If you want to come by just let me know what day and time works best for you. I have rented the room out a bunch of times so it’s pretty simple. It’s a $900 one time refundable security deposit for incidentals. The rent is $900 per month. Utilities and free use of new washer/dryer are included in the rent!!! I do have a boyfriend, but he does not stay over. NO pets and NO overnight guests!! I need 30 days' notice if you’re leaving. Payments are cash, cash app only. I have carbon-copy receipts for paid rent. We will sign a promissory note stating that you’ll be renting a room with me, but no official lease is needed. I will provide you with a key, a parking space directly in front of the house, and a key to the storage unit that is a few miles down the road. There is half the fridge space, half the freezer, and two large storage cupboards in the back laundry room that can be used for any extra food or whatever you’d like to store in there. You have the entire 1200 square-foot home to do as you wish- except my bedroom. You have to buy your own food, laundry needs, and toiletries. Everything else is included in the rent- including fresh sheets and blankets and pillows. They have never been used. I buy them with each new renter. I have Wi-Fi, a home phone line, 55”TV & many TV apps that you are welcome to use:) What else? Ask me anything!! I'm an open book:)
