Private room and bathroom in WeHo

I am looking for a new roommate in my 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in West Hollywood. It comes fully furnished, however please feel free to replace this with your own stuff. Comes with access to a fitness centre and pool in the building. The apartment has central Air Conditioning, out of apartment washers and dryers (right next door to the room) and has a balcony. We also have tandem parking in a garage, however I am not driving at the moment so this is all yours (I plan to soon). Water and trash included in rent. Electricity, gas and wifi paid on top and split between us. I’m 26 years old and work in the office Monday to Friday. Tend to be pretty active and like to chill in the evenings. I’m not football / soccer and most other sports too so ideally looking for someone similar. However, I’m completely open to anyone as I love to meet new people
