Hi friends, we’re looking to rent a room in our house! The house is located in Southlands Aurora 80016
It’s a 5400 square-foot home. Currently, there are three people living there. My husband, my friend Paul and myself. We are working professionals that work over 50 hours a week. We have two dogs. A wolf hybrid, which is years old and a rescue. Aeris and bayaud. This is a clean household, everyone is expected to participate in keeping the house clean. we are 420 friendly and smoke friendly, but only outside on the back patio or front patio. The room we are renting is 12 x 12. With a jack and Jill bathroom to the guest room. The only thing that is shared is the shower and the toilet each room has its own sink and cabinet. we only have guest about times a year, not including any guest that you have. If you use the guest room for any of your guests, you are expected to clean it. The house has a ton of amenities. it has a mini putt putt course, a hot tub, a basement with a pool table and air hockey
This is street parking to the left of the house Rent is $1000 a month
Late fee apply after the seventh, which is $50 The deposit is $500 which is refundable as long as the property is not damaged within normal wear and tear
