Bedroom with private bathroom

Description

We’re looking for a third roommate to fill a bedroom (with private bathroom) in our house in the Upper Avenues neighborhood starting August or September. Rent is $1,200 per-month and includes garage parking with on- laundry, large backyard, a front porch with great views of the valley and the Wasatch mountains, and a large park with tennis and pickle ball courts only a 2 minute walk away. Utilities are roughly $100-200 per month, depending on the season. In the summers it's usually around $180 per month due to the sprinklers and AC, but it drops significantly in the winters since its only heating that we're for. A little about us: I’m 30 years old and a 4th year PhD student in cognitive neuroscience at the University of Utah, and my roommate is 29 years old and works at Goldman Sachs. We’re ideally looking for another graduate student or young professional, but mostly just looking someone that will fit in well with the household! We like to keep the place clean and relaxed, and enjoy hanging out and having friends over for occasions. We both like skiing, hiking, tennis, and traveling whenever possible.
