Description

Room available for a potential renter/roommate that DOES NOT have a car. Unfortunately, there is no driveway space for another vehicle. HOA rules are strict about parking. The monthly rate reflects a monthly discount for not having a car. The room does not currently have a bed. A queen size air mattress can be provided with no additional cost. If you would like a full bed and mattress set, the monthly rate will increase one hundred dollars. No Mammalian Pets.
No Smoking allowed. Vaping is OK in the bedroom or outside only.
No drugs.
Social drinking allowed. Room available for one person only. There are three males in the house. All males in the house are around 30 and work professional jobs. If you are looking for a calm and clean environment, this is for you. Private Bedroom
Shared clean Bathroom Rent includes all utilities (water, electric, gas), gym room, wireless internet, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Room comes with a trashcan, ceiling fan, light, desk, chair, curtains, and large closet. All your possessions should be able to fit in your room. Please, no extra kitchen material, furniture, or garage material unless agreed on by the owner. This situation is great for short term people looking to save money for a transition. You must be able to pass a background check.
