Masters with private bathroom

I have a room for rent in a 5 bedroom house in Mountain's edge community. It is a shared bathroom with one female. The only other room in use is the master with it's own private bathroom. You have full house privileges with laundry, kitchen, living room and backyard.The rent is $800 with shared utilities ( gas, electricity and water)wifi not included.
