Mine runs about $22/month right now.. The room is available immediately. The apartment complex is quiet and professional in a desirable location. Right now, the 2-bedroom apartment is furnished except for your room. I can provide a twin bed and dresser if needed. Parking is included. The bedroom has good closet space, and an extra closet just for you just outside the room. Otherwise you’ll split the storage spaces in half: kitchen, living room shelves, and an outside storage locked shelf. You'll need to submit an application to the property for a $60 fee, which I will return to you if you take the room. The office manager is really great.
