1 bedroom furnished with queen size bed and bathroom with tub.. I have 3 bedrooms in home and 2 baths. I use one bedroom as a media/office that can be shared as well so that’s an extra bonus for you. Serene lake view from all windows including your bedroom with a beautiful fountain located on first floor many amenities incl pool hot tub gym that stays open almost all the time closed 10pm-5 am.. weekends open til 11pm..there is a background check done by my association and a one time fee for amenity pass car pass and application fee totaling $200 as this is a gated secure community. Close to intracoastal and beaches and our pool is sunny large heated in winter and chilled in summer. It’s a staycation. I prefer someone who works outside of home as I do. Professionals and/or students welcome.
