ISO Subleaser for 10x12 Room

Description

ISO single occupant to sublease for the remaining rent of a 10x12 room upstairs in a three-bedroom house with three roommates. The house is furnished, but the bedroom will be unfurnished (except for a queen-sized bed frame). The house has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a two-car garage with a driveway, and a medium sized backyard. You’ll have access to storage upstairs, in the bathroom, and cabinets in the garage. You’ll also have space in both our kitchen and garage fridge/freezer. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. The move-in date is flexible, but looking at July 1st. The rent is $1350, and the deposit $1175. (Utilities and streaming services are not included.) The lease term ends June 2027. The house is located in Scripps Ranch, a residential area. Free easy parking. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. The house is occupied by a 30-year-old couple and a 30-year-old friend. We are clean, considerate, and communicate well. We also enjoy spending time together and rarely have parties. Occasionally, we have people over for game/movie nights and bbqs. The shared expenses include utilities (electricity, gas, water, and internet), trash, and bills for shared household items.
