The home is in a beautiful, green, well upkept community tucked away on the corner of Lyons and Copans and is available immediately. There is a washer and dryer in the house and a little bit of storage room. You have a shared bathroom. The room comes with a personal parking space, and, best of all, all utilities are included! There is a pool as well.
