Small room + office room for rent

Description

Renting a small room plus a office room next to it for $500 in a gated community, there is a pool the community can use and a club house we can rent for family parties. The rent does not include bills but I would only charge for internet and elec which should only come out to $100 extra. Also if you want an extra work place I am also offering use of the office room which can be customized to your liking (it is in the 4th pic) anything you see in there can be moved out or changed
