Room is upstairs, unfurnished, with private bathroom/shower, closet space. Utilities cost: Cable TV, internet, laundry, electric appliances, heating and AC to be negotiated with prospective tenant. I am a mostly introverted, working 60+ hours a week regularly so much of time spent at home is doing housework or sleeping. In my limited free time i enjoy cooking anything/everything ( a proficient home cook). I also enjoy movies, TV, video games, reading, exercise, being in nature.
