Roommate for Townhouse in Boulder

Description

I am looking for a roommate to fill a room in a townhouse located near Valmont and 28th in Boulder. The townhouse is a recently renovated & spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, and I am currently the only other tenant. It doesn't have a fenced yard but it's right next to a multi-use path. I'm looking to get 1 roommate so we can each have a working area and guest space. No pets. Smoke free home. I'm 29 and work hybrid as a mechanical engineer. I'm also starting an MBA program this fall at CU. I love to snowboard, hike, but I spend most of my time biking. I like to keep common spaces tidy and clean (mainly the kitchen), but I'm not a crazy person about it, we all get busy! I enjoy having a welcoming home and am also happy to host and don't mind if my housemates do too.
