Guest room with closet. We do have shared living spaces (dining, bathroom, living room and kitchen) and two other tenants. One cat already in home - no other pets. Front and back patio can be used. There is a firepit on The yard is 5 acres and has walnuts, peaches, pears and berries seasonally. Yard maintenance is taken care of but we do share kitchen and bathroom responsibilities (taking turns purchasing sponges, dish detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap, etc) and going to the dump.
