Hi, I’m Ken — I work in higher education administration and have a steady, structured lifestyle. I work from home most of the time, with occasional in-office days, so I’m mindful about maintaining a quiet, respectful environment during the day. I’m currently looking for a room or full space starting in June, ideally for the short-to-mid term (up to about a year) as I explore relocating outside of the DFW area. I’m clean, easygoing, and value a peaceful, drama-free home. I’m not a partier and don’t bring a lot of noise or traffic into the space. I’m very considerate of shared areas and appreciate open communication and mutual respect.
