Hi everyone!
My name is Junya, a 24-year-old student from Japan. I’m moving to Dublin in April on a Working Holiday and I'm looking for a room to rent (about 5 months) About me:
I’m a non-smoker, very tidy, and respectful of others' privacy and house rules. Back in Japan, I study literature and I’m dedicated to improving my English while exploring Irish culture. In my free time, I enjoy streetwear fashion, watching movies, and occasionally playing Minecraft. What I’m looking for:
• Budget: Around €500 - €1,000 per month (flexible depending on bills).
• Location: Ideally Dublin 1, 2, 6,7, 8 or anywhere with good public transport access to the city center.
• Move-in date: Available from early April.
I’m currently in Japan but will be in Dublin from April 17 and I'm ready to attend viewings immediately. I can provide a bank statement or references if needed. If you have a room available or know someone who does, please send me a DM! I’d love to chat and tell you more about myself.
