Access to kitchen, kitchen must be used for light cooking, microwave, swimming pool and common areas. Lease is only available for a single individual. Tenants must work outside of the home full-time employment. No pets. No visitors for everyone safety. No smoking inside the house. Off street parking. Cleaning all common areas is a must. Minimum of 6 months' lease required, but longer leases is available. Room is 121 square feet. $900 per month. Please review requirements before submitting your application.
