Room for rent at Ram's Village

Looking for someone to take over my lease for 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment at Ram's Village. There are two bus stops right outside the unit, it is about a minute drive to CSU's campus. Roommates are 2 girls, wonderful people: clean, respectful, and self-aware. I am moving out because I found an opportunity that better-suits my lifestyle. Looking for someone who can move in starting on August 3, 2026. Rent for August 2026 would be covered, the lease ends in May of 2027.
